Description Some pages have been cut away. Additional dialogue in the manuscript. Henry Irving's autograph can be seen in pencil on flyleaf and on page 385. Inscribed in ink by Henry Irving to "Mrs. Brown" on "10 March 1877". "Mrs. Brown" may be Hannah Brown, the companion of Angela, Baroness Burdett Coutts. Includes an unmarked copy of the Irving ed. of: King Richard III . The initials "Hh B" in ink appear on front paper cover. Also includes a program for Irving's Richard III at the Lyceum Theatre [Jan. 29, 1877] - with manuscript notes in ink on the front page and an envelope with the typewritten address "Mrs. Snell, Castle Pool Hotel, Hereford", a typewritten "List of H.I. papers sent by Mrs. Snell" [to Laurence Irving] with an evaluation of each item in pencil and a typewritten note to Mrs. Snell and signed in ink "Laurence Irving", thanking her for accepting his offer for "Irvingiana" which she had sent him.
