Description A book made to resemble a medieval manuscript, used by Charles Kean in Hamlet, act II, scene ii. A note on the endleaf of the book from Fred Belton to Wilson Barrett states that it was the property prayerbook used by Edmund Kean in Richard III and Charles Kean in Hamlet, but elsewhere it is identified as having been made for Charles Kean in the 1850s.
